What’s the difference between a team member and someone in the directory?
Team members sign in and work on licenses. People in the directory — employees, subcontractors, vendors — don’t sign in; they hold licenses, and can be reminded about them.
Can I track my subcontractors’ licenses and insurance?
Yes. Add them to People, link each license to the subcontractor who holds it, and they’ll be reminded along with whoever on your team chases it.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
Remove them and their access ends at once. Their reminders move to someone who can still act on them, so nothing is dropped.
Can I import my directory from a spreadsheet?
Yes, from Excel or CSV, with duplicates handled the way you choose.
