The trial has every Pro feature. The one limit that differs is AI document reads: 50 a month on the trial, 300 on Pro (reading a PDF’s own text doesn’t count). If you don’t subscribe when the trial ends, the workspace pauses — nothing is deleted, and subscribing picks up exactly where you left off. Prices exclude any taxes that apply.

Do I need a card to start?
No. The 7-day trial needs no card. Subscribe from Plan & billing whenever you’re ready — during the trial or after it.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t subscribed, the workspace pauses: reminders stop and only Plan & billing and exporting your licenses stay open. Nothing is deleted — subscribe and everything carries on where it left off, including any reminders that were held.
What counts as a license?
Anything with a date you track — a license, permit, insurance policy, bond or certification. Archived ones and demo data don’t count.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing. Your licenses stay and can still be exported; reminders stop until you subscribe again.
