Your own schedule
Change the reminder days for the whole workspace in Settings, or for a single license on its form — and the hour they’re sent.
Renewals can take weeks, and processing times vary. ContractorLicenseAlert counts down to the date you need to begin — not the expiration date — and emails everyone on the license until it’s renewed.
Days are counted from the date you need to start renewing: the expiration date minus the license’s lead time. Change either list for your whole workspace, or for one license.
A license added late doesn’t get a burst of old reminders — the ones whose dates have passed are skipped, and the schedule picks up from today.
Type it in, import a spreadsheet, or upload the document and check the date that was read off it.
How many days before expiry you need to start — say 45 for a state board, 30 for insurance. The expiration date minus the lead time is the date every reminder counts down to.
To everyone on the license, at your send hour — 9:00 by default — in each person’s own time zone.
On the day it passes, then 3, 7 and 14 days after. The account owners are told, as well as whoever it’s assigned to.
The follow-ups stop, the license moves to its next term, and the whole schedule is rebuilt around the new date.
Each reminder is short and to the point: which license, how long is left to start, and a way straight to the renewal.

Each person chooses an email per reminder or a single grouped email a day, at the send hour in their own time zone.
The person it’s assigned to, the contractor who holds it, supervisors, watchers and extra addresses such as your bonding agent. The same address is never reminded twice.
Put a license on hold to pause its reminders but keep it on file, or archive it to stop them and keep its history.
A reminder that can’t be delivered is retried, then flagged to our team. Every reminder sent is in your delivery report.
Your license, insurance, bond and certifications, each reminded on its own schedule — without keeping a spreadsheet.
